Emergencies:We reserve time each day for patients with pain or discomfort and we will endeavour to carry out whatever treatment is necessary to stop the pain.

Cancellations: We understand that sometimes it is necessary to re-arrange your appointment. We request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can allocate the slot to another patient. Any cancellations at short notice or missed appointments are liable to incur a fee.

Complaints: We take all of our patient's comments very seriously and we encourage patients to tell us if they think we can improve our service.

Any initial complaints should be raised with either the reception team or the dentist who provided the treatment. If the explanation from this is not satisfactory then your complaint can be put in writing to the practice manager at the above address or email.
