To ensure the care and treatment you receive is continuously of the highest standard, our whole team regularly takes part in continuing professional development. Every year, we train all of our team in practice-wide work systems. Our training plans are reviewed once a year. This ensures that you receive your care from a highly qualified team. We welcome feedback from our patients and take action on any relevant comments. We welcome complaints, and deal with them promptly to ensure the matter is resolved effectively.
